Meet the dynamic 2019 Recruitment team! As you may know NASPA's The Placement Exchange (or, commonly referred to as "TPE") was in our backyard of Los Angeles, California. I don't know about other employers, but I absolutely love recruiting at TPE. I love meeting other professionals, seeing former students/RAs/NUFP Mentees/friends, meeting soon to be graduates looking for their first professional position, listening to candidates experiences and journey in Student Affairs, handing out fun swag, packing all the Cal Poly stuffed Bronco horses I was able to fit into my suitcase, decorating our tables, designing our traditional Candidate Brochure, running into Student Affairs friends and former colleagues, getting thank you notes in our mailbox, and searching for our next potential colleagues to be a part of our Residence Life Team, and everything that comes after TPE...even the HR paperwork! During our second round interviews, Area Coordinator Valissa Thomas joined us to meet our great candidates. Thanks Valissa! We hope you enjoyed your experience at TPE.
