Oregon, here we come! IHC @ RBC

On February 22, 2019 student leaders from Inter-Hall Council traveled to Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon for the annual PACURH Regional Business Meeting. The President, NCC, and NRHH representative serve as the voting members to the region on various pieces of legislation, award bids, and conferences bids. Over the two day conference Cal Poly Pomona students displayed exceptional professionalism in the board room, as well as made lasting connects that will improve their leadership skills and our campus. IHC President, Caleb Quindt, stated “I take so much back from conference and love hearing about what other schools do on their campuses.” Each year the conference provides our student unique leadership opportunities and revitalizes their commitment to our institution. In the last 10 years CPP and IHC have hosted a regional conference, won several award bids and have hosted regional board members, these unique opportunities have provided our students with a true example of “Learn By Doing.”
